Independent Living Specialists (ILS) is the largest Physiotherapy and home care equipment supplier in Australia with 60 retail stores, 10 warehouses and 850+ staff nationally leading the way in our industry.
We are looking for a well-presented individual who enjoys working with people. More specifically we would like this person to join our Home Care team of Installers based out of Tweed Heads however, will require travelling.
You will be an enthusiastic team player who thrives on challenges with a willingness to ensure the required jobs are completed each and every time to a standard that ILS has become well known for throughout the community sector.

Our ideal candidate will also be flexible in their approach to work, possess a strong team and work ethic and must be prepared to participate in the company training scheme.
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicle
- Delivery and installation of large and small products into private customers homes
- Providing our customers with a good delivery and installation experience. You are the face of the business!
- Housekeeping and general vehicle appearance maintenance
Our requirements
- Excellent communication with people from all walks of life
- A genuine desire to assist customers with empathy
- Previous technical experience is also an advantage
- Excellent Driver History Report
- Ability to work unsupervised, and collaboratively with your team
- A current Drivers License is essential for this position (provisional/learners licenses will not be accepted)
- Have a Working with Children Check/NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Vaccinations and/or Serology examination (Hep B, MMR, Pertussis, Varicella) as per the QLD Health Department
- COVID-19 Vaccination (inc. booster) as per QLD Health Department
