About the Role
We have an opportunity for a position at our Renmark Mitre 10 store as a Delivery Driver.
What we need for you:
- Experienced driver with a current HC driver's license.
- A current forklift license.
- Reliable, with the ability to fulfil scheduled rosters.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Ability to work as a team.
With the skills above, you day will involve:
- Operating company trucks with operational safety top of mind.
- Operate truck-mounted crane on-site as required.
- Operate Manitou Forklift on-site as required.
- Unload materials by hand and place in a safe location on site.
- Unloading freight trucks.
- Loading delivery trucks.
- Organising materials within the yard, with safety and efficiency top of mind.
- Replenishing building supplies stocks in the yard.
- Picking and packing orders ready for delivery.
In addition to the above, other duties may be required to assist the business to deliver its highest level of service to customers as demand fluctuates.
