A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Delivery Driver/Storeperson at our Samios Hervey Bay branch. We are seeking an enthusiastic team oriented person who is well organized and shows attention to detail to take on this full time role currently available.

This role offers variety, with duties including (but not limited to):

• Local multi-drop deliveries.
• Manage the loading & unloading of all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Quality assurance and accuracy of receipting and dispatching goods.
• Regular cyclical stock takes.
• Work with the sales team to achieve daily branch requirements.
• Picking & Packing of store orders.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you possess the following qualities: 

• A forklift Licence is essential;\
• A current MR Truck Licence is essential
• Warehouse Experience
• Manual Licence with clean driving record
• Plumbing Experience highly regarded 
• No medical limitations in regard to physical lifting and handling heavy materials within Workplace Safety Limitations. 
• Proficient basic mathematical and written skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.

• Will be self-motivated, confident and reliable with excellent organization skills.
• Have exceptional communication skills.
• Be able to liaise with customers, suppliers and team members in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Aptitude to learn and understand our product range.
