As a Delivery Enablement Lead in the Delivery Office, you will lead planning, structuring and execution of delivery-improvement initiatives across Iress Business Units (BUs). You will design and embed delivery methodology and processes that improve productivity and transparency across the organization. You will be positioned to Influence the ways-of-working, delivery structures and composition of the delivery teams. You will also be expected to oversee and lead delivery of improvement initiatives, coordinating stakeholders as necessary.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Partner up with internal business units to establish objectives, goals and paths to improving delivery and tooling
Work with business and corporate office to compile and prioritize the backlog of organizational initiatives, compile a roadmap and plan execution
Manage change across technical and non-technical teams
Facilitation of brown-bags and workshops with engineering teams and business teams
Work towards cross-skilling the teams, leaders and general knowledge sharing
Assist with defining Ways of Working for Iress
What you will bring:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience with the Atlassian solution stack and the ability to extract insights from its usage
Experience in agile delivery within technology companies
Experience performing proof of concepts, test and learns and other experiment-based activities
Experience running workshops and conducting presentations to a wide variety of stakeholders (i.e technical and non-technical)
Experience preparing solution specifications and/or product backlogs for enterprise solutions
