This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven individual looking to use their experience and grow with the business. The Demand Planning Analyst plays a crucial role in analysing and forecasting the organisations current and future operational activities. 

THE ROLE

• Demand planning and procurement for all brands in the portfolio, as well as staying on top of schedules for inbound purchasing and being across ongoing supply chain issues and changes.
• Ongoing forecasting of all brands requirements based on industry trends and company initiatives.
• Identifying and advising continuous improvement initiatives within overall inventory planning and order processing procedures.
• Supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation activities based on inventory holdings and supply chain disruptions.
• Maintaining supplier relations with all current and future supplier brand contacts.
• Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Operations management team as required.
• Understanding the Supply Chain departments needs overall and assisting where possible for continuous improvement.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Manages inventory well and tightly 
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Knowledge of NetSuite ERP, scanning systems including RF Smart will be highly regarded
• Warehouse Management systems experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a like Inventory based role
• Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, mostly Excel
• Exceptional communication skills
• Previous experience using Apple/MacOSX
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills
