We currently have the unique opportunity for a full-time Baker to join our experienced team in Pastry.

Working at Demi Chef level you will be responsible for ensuring high quality food production, expert delivery of product, ongoing customer satisfaction and maintaining the kitchen and equipment to an exceptional standard.
You will bring to the role an understanding of bread making and techniques from a variety of sourdough scratch production bread, along with skills in viennoiserie and pastry dough production.
You will take ownership of the property wide bakery production requirements, which will mean that you will need to have great time management skills.
So, if you:
are qualified with a Certificate III in Bakery with proven experience in a similar level role within industry
have an enthusiasm and passion for your trade
have an understanding of and adherence to WHS standards & policies, food safety requirements and industry codes of conduct
love to work as part of a diverse team but also have a demonstrated ability to work independently
are flexible and available to work shift work
