Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple demolition sites to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with current legislation and industry standards.
- Efficient allocation and monitoring of plant equipment and machinery usage, with a focus on maximizing external plant utilization.
- Leading a team of Operators, Labourers, and personnel to meet project milestones effectively.
- Strategically planning work activities and resource allocation to fulfill contract requirements.
- Organizing workflows and supervising staff to maintain a smooth and efficient demolition process.
- Providing direction, training, and support to lower-level demolition workers.
- Compiling demolition reports and maintaining accurate demolition records.
- Ensuring proper functioning of equipment and creating work schedules.
- Conducting performance reviews for personnel and evaluating employee performance.
- Addressing worker problems, complaints, or grievances in collaboration with management or peers.
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing demolition projects on-site.
- Accreditation in Demolition; possession of an Unrestricted license is highly desired.
- Valid White Card certification.
- Possession of all relevant tickets/licenses for jobsite vehicles and machinery.
- Current Australian License.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience on Site Demo projects.
