Boutique dental practice in Brighton-Le-Sands is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. Certificate III in Dental Assisting preferred not essential .
- Permanent full-time (36 hours per week)
- Thursdays off. Must be available to work some Saturday mornings (half days),usually every second.
If you have a minimum of 1 years experience in dental assisting , we’d love to hear from you. Current Dental Assisting students are also encouraged to apply. We will cross train you in all areas of dentistry to increase your skill set.
The role:
- Chairside assisting
- Some reception and front desk duties
- Reprocessing and sterilisation of instruments
- Stock control and ordering
- Infection control duties
- Preparing rooms for clinical treatment
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in providing high quality dental care
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- A good sense of personal and professional presentation
- A positive attitude coupled with a cheerful, compassionate nature
