Dental Assistant/ Front Desk Reception

We are seeking an experienced Part-time Dental Clinic Assistant/Front Desk Reception Monday- Tuesday- Wednesday, for our modern, well-established, fast-paced dental practice. We are a family-orientated General Dental practice with excellent long-term clinicians and staff.

This multi-chair practice is highly regarded and training will be included as part of the package. In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating General Anaesthetic and Intravenous Sedation bookings, so attention to detail is imperative.

Duties include:

·  Assisting with general dental procedures

·  Sterilizing, infection control, and patient care on Tuesdays

·  Managing the day-to-day running of the surgery

·  Surgery preparation

·  Front Desk Reception on Monday and Wednesday (we are happy to provide training in this area)

·  Stock control

Essential Requirements:

·  A Certificate III / IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent of 2 years experience as a dental assistant)

·  Must be an Australian Citizen or PR

·  High attention to detail

·  Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

·  Have experience with Dental Software - D4W (or a similar dental program)

·  Experience as a DA & Front Desk experience is desirable

·  Willing to travel
