AddressOceanic Dental is seeking a full-time office assistant to enter dental laboratory prescriptions, dispatch cases, manage communication between laboratory and clinic, and perform various other administrative and laboratory tasks.
This excellent entry-level position will teach you a lot about the Dental Industry.

The role includes;
- Laboratory case prescription data entry;
- Assisting the team with the client onboarding processes;
- Managing dispatch and invoicing of laboratory casework;
- Greeting visitors, ascertaining the nature of business and directing visitors to appropriate persons;
- Directing telephone calls to appropriate staff;
- Liasing with clients and managing active laboratory case flows.
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to General Manager;
- Communication with client offices;
