The Role
As our highly regarded Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care by:
- Assisting our skilled dentists during dental procedures, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and exceptional patient care.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition for use.
- Take accurate patient records, including dental histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Provide chairside assistance, anticipating the needs of dentists and patients, and ensuring a seamless dental experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
- Providing a high level of customer service at our reception desk, processing payments and health insurance claims, booking appointments and other administrative tasks as required.
You
As our successful applicant, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a dental setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in dental software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients.
- Strong time management and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
