Position:Dental Assistant/Receptionist
Schedule: 2-3 Days a Week

Job Description:

As a key member of our dental team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice while providing exceptional care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures from Family Dentistry to Orthodontics and Implants
• Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
• Ensuring appropriate dental records are maintained.
• Managing inventory of dental supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Sterilization and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
• Supporting reception staff when needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience. 

Qualifications:

• Certificate 3 or 4 in dental assisting advantageous but not essential
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice. (Experience overlooked for an exceptional candidate with an eagerness to learn and passion for the industry).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of maturity and professionalism.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
• Ability to exude sincerity, warmth, and confidence in patient interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work harmoniously within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
