Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Office person and Dental Instrument Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of records in a CRM and quoting and repair of dental instruments and equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients dental clinics and the delivery of high-quality instrument care.

Responsibilities:

  • Fill in detailed repair and quote forms.
  • Keep detailed records of instrument inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Perform requested maintenance and repairs on dental instruments and equipment.
  • Assist with all manner of clerical duties so must be proficient with Microsoft suite.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to order replacement parts and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with dental instruments and equipment preferred but not essential.
  • Must be good with detailed fine instrument work.
  • Must have ability to learn from on the job training.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Good English is important.
