Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients. While experience in a dental office is preferred, we prioritize a strong commitment to customer service and a warm, welcoming demeanor. This position requires excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a positive attitude to ensure an outstanding patient experience from the moment they enter our practice. The role is part time (30 hours per week) with the option to move into a full-time role.

Starting hours are:

Monday: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Wednesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

All shifts include a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include managing patient appointments including presenting treatment plans and processing accounts, handling enquiries, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building relationships. You will also be a brand champion for the practice and our people and help grow the business alongside our Practice Manager
