With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate, dedicated and customer centric Dental Receptionist/Front Desk Cordinator interested in working on a full-time or part time basis.
In all our practice support roles, you’ll help to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you’ll be a pivotal part of the team, so we’ll give you all the support, training, and development you need to thrive.
The Role:
Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression.
Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
Making patients aware of dental services and offers
Handling payments
Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
Assisting Clinical Staff (Dentists / Hygienist / dental assistants) if needed. This may include dental assisting / sterilising / ordering consumables, etc.

- Knowledge of the clinic's services to provide accurate and helpful information to interested patients.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to create a welcoming and positive experience that encourages patients to return and recommend the clinic to others.
