We are currently seeking 1-2 new team members for the Front Office Coordinator position:
Concierge / Receptionist / Front of House Customer Service Consultant
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Act as the concierge/triage for patient arrivals and customer queries.
- Run a “reception desk” with all incoming and outgoing queries (with the support of other office staff).
- Actively managing the appointment book and active maintenance / recall system, ensuring the appointment book is full and the dentists time is being used proactively.
- Motivate and promote patient participation in dental care.
- Participate in the planning, treatment presentation and follow-up for patient care.
- Assists dentist in closing the treatment plans generated by the dentist.
- Identifying, reviewing and troubleshooting operational front desk issues.
- Reviewing, developing and implementing standard business and/or operating protocols.

The applicant must possess:

- Outstanding Customer Service: "Wow" our patients and go above and beyond to make sure their visit is memorable - do whatever it takes!
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritise.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, take control and stay calm under pressure.
- An eagerness to learn and willing to undertake training and education.
- Work smarter, not harder. You are proactive in finding ways to be more efficient and productive and achieving targets and results. Long days at work doesn’t necessarily mean productive days at work.
- Dental knowledge and experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Computer literate - knowledge of Praktika and D4W will be advantageous but not compulsory.
Remuneration is based on competence and experience of the successful candidate. Working days/ hours will also be discussed at interview.
