We are looking for a permanent full-time Dental Receptionist who is organised, compassionate, has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is calm under pressure.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Invoicing patients and taking payments
- Appointment making
- Emailing patients and doctors
- Answering telephone queries
- Problem solving
- Proactive approach towards role
- General reception duties
Skills and experience:
- Experience as a receptionist in the dental or medical field essential
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, showing attention to detail
- Sound written and verbal English
- Computer literate
- Flexibility

- Full time permanent employment over 4.5 days (Base days & hours - Monday 7.45am-5pm, Tuesday 7.45am-5.30pm, Wednesday 8am-5.30pm, Thursday 7.45am-1pm, Friday 7.45am-5pm)
