Dental Care Professionals is a long standing established general dental practice with modern surgeries located in the suburb Brighton and Adelaide CBD, delivering high quality dental care in a friendly, professional environment.
We seek a Full Time Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to manage our CBD practice Monday to Friday.
Candidates should:
- possess excellent verbal, interpersonal and email communication skills.
- have prior Dental Receptionist experience and be proficient in the use of D4W software, Microsoft word & excel.
- the ability to work autonomously with a good level of accountability and responsibility.
- co-ordinate day to day operations including dental related and with building management where required
- have a working knowledge of dental terminology, general dental treatment, and health insurance dental extras
- co-ordinate appointment scheduling with multiple providers and corporate sector patients diaries
Remuneration and other incentives open to negotiation according to level of experience
Time will be allocated for training to understand our systems and processes. Time frame determined by prior experience.
