To provide a high standard of laboratory technical work to produce all types of Acrylic dental appliances as required by Clinical staff and Laboratory Manager.

Essential Criteria
Qualification: Completion of the Diploma of Dental Technology (TAFE NSW) or equivalent course in Dental Technology
Selection Criteria * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a qualified Dental Technician in all aspects of Acrylic work.
- Successful completion of the first year of the Dental Prosthetics course conducted by NSW TAFE; or having qualifications deemed by the Ministry to be equivalent to the first year of the Dental Prosthetics course.
- Demonstrated sound technical skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills and an ability to liaise effectively with a range of individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team and independently.
- Commitment to continuing education.
- Demonstrated ability to work to a deadline while providing a high standard of Laboratory work
