THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing, hungry, skilful dentist to join a highly-accomplished Principal Dentist and his team along the coast south of Perth.

This practice is part of a larger group of privately owned dental clinics and you’ll get access to the group's full potential to do what you do best – clinical and providing top-notch care to patients.

The practice hiring due to a senior dentist reducing days to pursue specialty training as well as rapid growth and patient demand far outstripping the number of dentists here.

The Principal and a few of the senior clinicians are booked out for 2-3 months in advance.

This is a high-grossing clinic and the Principal is looking for a fellow dentist to come on board and share the pot of gold!

This is a massive opportunity for a Dentist to produce up to or above 7-figures per year with a leading high-end, premium dental practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to base yourself out of Mandurah or split your days between Baldivis/Golden Bay and Mandurah.

You will need to be a great communicator, relationship builder and hungry to provide top-quality treatments to your patients and the community.

You’ll be responsible for high-value treatments such as implant, crowns, bridges, major restorative, full mouth rehabilitations, cosmetic, orthodontic, and clear aligners - choose the area you’d like to do and you’ll have full support.

By practising here, you’ll have all the pros of practice ownership and none of the cons in this role. There is a team of highly trained and well-established support staff working in the backend for you, whether it’s admin, book management, payroll and even an in-house marketing team who will run ad campaigns for you as per your request to.

THE PRACTICE

This is a privately owned practice that is part of a bigger group of private practices and is NOT a corporate.

There is a loyal patient base and due to word of mouth, and referrals, there hasn't been a need for marketing in this practice as the current books are enough to keep the practice fully booked for 3 months in advance. In saying that, there will be a larger investment into marketing for 2024 onwards.

Current patients are skilfully converted to seek out high-value treatments.

The group invests in state-of-the-art equipment and top-end materials.

The equipment includes CBCT, CEREC, laser, intraoral cameras and intra-oral scanners, 3d printers, laser and a proper lab run by prosthetists and technicians.

There is a fun, warm, collaborative, and supportive culture that also emanates to the patients.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a Dentist (4+ years) and may be experienced with major restorative – implant placements, crowns, bridges, and rehabilitation. You may also be experienced with cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry.
• If you’ve undertaken further training in implants and want to get more hands-on, that is also a possibility
• You’ve worked in a dental practice that performs top-quality dentistry with excellent technical standards
• You are a team player, you like working in a collaborative and social environment
• You have a friendly chairside manner and have the ability to communicate well and make anyone feel comfortable
• You have AHPRA registration without conditions
• You hold current professional indemnity insurance
• You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
