We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dairy/FreezerDepartment 2IC to join our Spudshed team located in Morley, WA!
Permanent Full-Time role!
About the Role:
As a Department 2IC, you will be able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as having excellent leadership skills to train and develop a new team.
Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!
Responsibilities:
Department 2IC responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Department Manager in meeting rostering requirements, daily sales targets and expense controls
- Monitoring quality control, wastage and shrinkage. Bringing awareness to your team about seasonal environmental or current quality related issues within the department
- Stock management, checking deliveries to ensure store requirements are fulfilled
- Pro-actively meeting, improving and engaging your team on store presentation standards
- Supporting our customers’ needs though excellent service
About you:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving
- Strong leadership skills
- Early morning and weekend work - flexibility is a must
To be successful in this role you must be Customer focused and passionate about maintaining an excellent Department standard.
