• Large format retail management experience, apparel advantageous
• Experience managing teams of 25+
• An agile personality with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience working with large stock volumes
• Experience executing visual merchandising strategies
• A proven track record of achieving budgets, targets & KPIs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
