What you’ll do?
The Deployment Technician Team Lead is responsible for leading, managing and co-ordinating the Deployment Technician Teams daily activities. They provide ongoing advice, training, and development to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of deployment services to our customers.
- Drive a high achieving team that empowers and develops our people and enhances Compnow values.
- Act as the first point of escalation for our customer and the onsite team.
- Undertake scoping and audit activities to ensure that customer requirements are understood.
- Oversee the maintenance of existing documentation artifacts to ensure they are current and accurate.
- Ensure compliance with all Compnow standards, policies, and procedures
What you’ll bring?
- Experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor or similar role.
- Relevant experience within the IT Industry.
- Any IT Industry or tertiary certifications (highly desirable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use reporting tools.
What else do you need to apply?

- Travel on-site to our office in Marleston, as well as to multiple client locations.
- Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.
