About the role:
Reporting to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day office administration duties of the Gladstone Depot. This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week with negotiated start/finish times. Additional hours may also be required during periods of leave.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Support team with everyday depot operations
- Inventory control/stock management
- End of month reconciliation
- Administration duties
Your skills and experience include:
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong focus on compliance processes and safety
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer service focused and the ability to work well within a team
- Previous administration experience
