Key attributes for success:
This position is not an entry-level role and requires a candidate with substantial experience in the skincare industry.
- You should be a skilled Dermal Clinician or Beauty Therapist, with a preference for Dermal Clinicians.
- Exceptional customer service is a must.
- Confidence and experience in diagnosing, treating, and developing treatment plans and home-care product recommendations for clients.
- Proficiency in addressing vascular issues, pigmentation, acne, and age management.
- Qualifications and experience in skin laser treatments.
- Competency in a range of skin treatments, including but not limited to facials, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, Laser rejuvenation, advanced peels, skin needling, and laser hair removal.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- You should maintain a polished appearance and demonstrate excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Adaptability and success in a fast-paced work environment.
- A strong drive for continuous learning.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
