Our Box Hill Clinic is located on level 2 of Ekera Medical Centre, a short walk from Box Hill Hospital and Epworth Eastern Private Hospital. EST Clinic Box Hill is not just a cosmetic clinic but also a training center offering numerous innovative clinical trials and training programs.
About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time / / 4-day part-time Dermal Therapist. As a Dermal Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering a range of EST Customised Treatments to our valued clientele. From rejuvenating facials and skin consultations to advanced medical skin treatments, you will utilise your expertise to address each client's unique needs and goals, helping them achieve radiant, healthy skin and a renewed sense of confidence.
Experience Requirement: The minimum qualification required is Certificate 4 in Beauty with at least 2 year experience or qualified experience equivalent.
Remuneration: Hourly rate + Superannuation dependent on experience.
Working Time: Full-time/ 4-day Part-time, MUST be available on Saturdays.
To be Successful:
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin is desirable
- Experience using medical grade devices Eg. Candela, Spectra Laser, IPL

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skin treatments, including facials, peels, microdermabrasion, and more, using cutting-edge techniques and high-quality products.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess clients' concerns, educate them on proper skincare routines, and recommend tailored treatment plans.
- Administer advanced dermal therapies, such as laser treatments, IPL, and microneedling, with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on skincare products and homecare regimens to support clients' ongoing skin health and maintenance.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organised workspace and adhering to industry regulations.
