Desktop Support Engineer – Level 2Adelaide Based Role Initial 12 months contract with possible extensions
Candidates with valid Australian Visa will be considered for this role. No Visa sponsorship available.
One of our clients is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer – Level 2, based in Adelaide.
Required:
Experience with SCCM and patch management
Experience using Intune and concepts behind MDM and MAM
Experience using M365 admin centres.
Windows 10 Pro (Enterprise) – and is aware of Feature/Quality Updates
Experience in med-large corporate environment using ‘enterprise grade’ technologies and applications.
Solid hardware troubleshooting exp
Basic networking troubleshooting exp
Current certifications Azure or MS/MD (fundamentals OK), CompTIA is useful too.
Wifi Troubleshooting – corporate environment with enterprise connections
