Desktop & Support Specialist

Halcyon Knights is seeking a skilled Desktop & Support Specialist for a 3-month contract with a state government department based in Adelaide CBD.
This role is critical in preparing our Standard Operating Environment (SOE) and Managed Operating Environment (MOE) for Windows 11, as well as handling packaging and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tasks.ABOUT THE ROLE

• SOE/MOE Preparation: Focus on getting our SOE/MOE ready for Windows 11 deployment.
• Packaging: Perform software packaging and deployment tasks.
• MDM Management: Handle Mobile Device Management tasks to ensure seamless operation.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in desktop support and systems management, particularly in preparing SOE/MOE for Windows 11.
• Strong skills in software packaging and MDM.
• Must have a current police check.
