We are currently seeking a Despatch Manager to oversee and coordinate the preparation of our customers orders so they are accurate and ready for loading on to the trucks.
We can offer flexible working hours, generally commencing from around 8:00am until finish, with early finish times on quieter days.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience of working in a similar environment or be that person looking for the next step up on the career ladder;
- Excellent attention to detail to process the required documentation and orders;
- Enjoy collaborating with the relevant departments to ensure the stock is of a high quality;
- Ideally leadership qualities;
- The proven ability to problem solve; and
- A knowledge of plants and the horticulture industry however not essential.
