A Snapshot
As the Development Administration Manager reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will work closely with the Development team, making your mark in a number of ways:
You will lead and support the administration and reporting requirements across the entire lifecycle of AirTrunk developments
You will champion cost management systems and processes to ensure project commitments are accurately allocated
You will detail, develop and communicate development contracts and cost processes, reviewing the processes regularly to improve their effectiveness and efficiency
Your Day to Day
Manage administration within the Contracts team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
Lead the purchase order process to ensure commitments are in place before works commence
Handle the interface of payments between Development and Finance to ensure on time and accurate payments in accordance to contract terms
Lead the administration function to ensure teams are supported to deliver works effectively
Innovate administration processes to build and ensure efficiency, transparency and governance
Be available as the cost management system super user support – champion the development of the system and processes so that costs are allocated correctly with purchase orders approved in a highly efficient manner
Maintain and improve existing, and develop new reporting tools for measurement of key project metrics
Travel as required to AirTrunk data centre sites and offices for project initiation, project reviews and audits and administration as required
Overview, run and maintain the Work In Progress (WIP) reports for timeliness, accuracy and completeness
Prepare and improve internal and external reports for Executives, Board and Lenders
Requirements
You have successfully led administration teams
Worked with Cost Management software
Highly proficient in Excel and Word
Positively lead teams for efficient and accurate outcomes
