As an Administration Manager, you will provide financial expertise to support sustainable decision-making and maximise the financial performance of the administration processes, team leadership, general retail operations and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly suppliers’ orders, creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, recruitment and monthly reporting.
- Analyse inventory levels and utilisation, ensuring appropriate levels and usage at all times.
- Follow up on the sales team targets, and report monthly their KPIs
- Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity.
- Ensure the ongoing improvement of the day-to-day operations of the business with a focus on infrastructure, processes, technology and systems.
- Ensure a professional, productive, safe and healthy work environment, as well as compliance with OHS and other governmental regulations.
- Document and improve principles and processes for getting work done across the business.
- Support the rest of the business with their technology and financial requirements.
- Maintain the Employee Handbook which documents and communicates standards, expectations and policies for all employees.
- Assist with Online Orders: packing, weighing, preparing goods and labels, and booking parcels for shipping.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce, or business.
- Experience delivering services aligned with business activities (music instrument retail).
