Our innovative FinTech platform allows us to collaborate with individuals and businesses to create bespoke finance solutions that meet their unique needs.Your Role:As our DevOps &Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration and operation of our systems. You'll work hand-in-hand with developers and internal stakeholders to enhance our technological infrastructure.Your Responsibilities:

• Monitor Health: Keep a vigilant eye on the performance and health of servers and services.
• Optimization: Boost system performance and optimization.
• Docker Management: Take charge of our Docker repository management.
• Development Environment: Maintain and configure the development environment.
• Deployment Pipelines: Manage and streamline deployment pipelines.
• Backup Regime: Build and test an automated backup regime to ensure functionality.
• Disaster Recovery: Review, update, and document disaster recovery procedures.
• SharePoint Management: Manage SharePoint site collections, user permissions, and document libraries.
• User Access: Configure and manage user access controls and permissions across various platforms.
• Email Configuration: Set up and manage email configurations and integrations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support, including machine configuration and small task management.
• Daily Handover: Conduct a daily handover in agile standup list style to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

Your Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Architect: Mandatory certification.
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage tasks autonomously and engage effectively with teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in monitoring tools, Docker, deployment automation, and SharePoint management.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization.
