The Role
As a Technician at Essendon Skoda you will work closely with the service team to deliver best practice and provide exceptional customer service.
As Technician at Essendon Skoda, you will be responsible for the following:
- Servicing, diagnosis and repair of Skoda vehicles
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Active participation in Skoda training programs
- Adhering to Manufacture and dealer job documentation requirements
- Supporting your fellow team members
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- A mechanical aptitude and an ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions and procedures.
- Passionate about consistently delivering exceptional customer service
- Can do attitude, self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Be a keen team player with a commitment to producing quality work
- Strong desire to learn
- Availability to work overtime, from time to time, as required
