SalaryYour new company is a national construction company servicing a variety of clients across the civil, commercial and residential sector and due to increasing works and a growing fleet they currently need an experienced Diesel Fitter to join their team in Brisbane as a part of the FIFO team across Australia.Role
In your role as the Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for all repair, servicing, and modification work across a fleet of trucks, earthmoving machinery and piling rigs. You will be involved with servicing and repairing the motor, hydraulics, and electrical components primarily in the workshop as well as in the field as required.Requirements
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Relevant trade qualifications
- 4 + years of similar experience with ideally both plant machinery and trucks
- Hydraulic and electrical experience
- An eye for detail whilst managing multiple jobs
