Wisely are continuously growing, breaking new ground and have just been awarded a new long term contract (3 years) at Glencore Rolleston Mine -Heavy Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Workshop
 
This is an excellent career opportunity for qualified Heavy Diesel Fitters to join and support this new and exciting long term journey Wisely has secured.

Location
Rolleston mine is located 125km from Emerald and 50km from Springsure and 16km from Rolleston township. Accommodation is located onsite in close proximity to the mine. 
About you:

• Minimum 3+ years demonstrated workshop experience in repairing and maintaining Diesel Fitter- Heavy Maintenance Equipment
• Experience and product knowledge in Caterpillar & Komatsu heavy mobile mining equipment preferred 
• A positive and proactive approach to safety
• Willingness to learn and ask questions if you don't know
• Commitment to working as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service

Desired qualifications:  

• Engineering Mechanical / Diesel Fitter, Trade Certificates (mandatory) 
• Coal Board Medical 
• Standard 11 Training 
• Glencore Generic Induction
