QUALIFICATIONS
- Trade certificate
- Workshop supervisory experience
- Construction Induction Card (Mandatory)
- BHP – Roy Hill – FMG Inducted (Advantage)
- HR Licence (Advantage)
- HC Licence (Strongly Desired)
ABOUT YOU
- Ability to supervise team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in related field
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and practices within mining /domestic environments
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and adapt
WHAT WE OFFER
- ROSTER Mon - Fri. $3,700 per week gross
- Opportunity for weekend work approx. $1,000 per day gross additional wages
- $1000 per week accommodation allowance
