With their Tasmanian operation located in Forth, they have a strong team culture and operate a modern, computer-based fleet of farm equipment, as well as heavy and light vehicles. Committed to strict food safety requirements, they produce a range of vegetables for the Australian and international markets.
Your new role
Due to an increased workload, they are now seeking the services of an experienced heavy DIESEL MECHANIC to take on a position within the organisation. Based on site, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines and components. You will also troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations are met.
What you'll need to succeed
With a proactive and positive can-do attitude, to be considered for this position the following are essential:
- Trade Qualification in DIESEL MECHANICs
- Relevant experience working on heavy vehicles
- Strong communication
- Excellent diagnostics skills
- Current motor vehicle licence.
Applications will also be considered if you have a light vehicle qualification and are looking to move into heavy vehicles.

This is a permanent full-time position and an annual salary will be negotiated in line with qualifications and experience.
