Supervising the efficient running of the diet office, CBORD system and formula room, in consultation with the Head of Dietetics and Senior Dietitians. You will assist with rostering, quality improvement activities, reviewing diet office routines, organising development activities and dietitian assistant clinical supervision. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock in the diet office and formula room through auditing and ordering supplies.What this role and WSLHD Allied Health will offer you:

- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and team and problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and with minimal supervision and use initiative
- Highly developed computer and administrative skills, including a working knowledge of Cbord and Cerner
- Previous work experience as a Diet Supervisor or health services manager, including experience in nutritional screening and clinical duties
- Knowledge of quality improvement practices in the workplace and ability to lead quality improvement activities
- Dietary Supervisors Certificate or Certificate 3 or 4 in Allied Health Service Assistant (Nutrition and Dietetics) or food science/nutrition undergraduate qualification or equivalent or relevant experience
