RPMGlobal is seeking a Digital and Design Specialist to assist the global marketing team produce creative and engaging collateral across multiple digital platforms. This role is responsible for the for the artwork and Design of digital platforms along with oversight of RPMs online platforms including the website and social media.
The role will work closely with the marketing team to ensure design consistent with content messaging and brand guidelines across global marketing campaigns.
This is a permanent, full-time role based out of RPMs headquarters in the Brisbane CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Website management and Design.
- Social media content management and analytics (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram).
- Design and creation of imagery and collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, eBooks, and other collateral.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with RPMGlobal brands and products.
- Work collaboratively to drive content creation and content programming.
- Generate monthly reports tracking campaign performance.
- Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives.
- Research and implement recommendations regarding digital initiatives including advertising, sponsorship and new avenues to market.
- Oversee social media strategy - create, manage and monitor a social media content program.
About You
You will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Creative Industries or equivalent.
- Proven experience managing B2B campaigns.
- Attention to detail and great time management skills.
- Competent with Adobe design suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Experience of HTML coding would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the WordPress, graphic design, and copywriting will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, to contribute and create effective teamwork.
- Experience in social media: LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Instagram and Facebook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in CRM tools would be an advantage (Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Excellent English language/communications skills, both written and spoken.
- Legally entitled to work in Australia.
