About the Role:
This role will be responsible for developing and refining content & services product positioning, identifying market opportunities across websites and ecommerce channels. The chosen candidate will be a team player who is passionate and possess excellent communication skills, relationship building skills and a drive to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product and Sales teams to drive new customer acquisition and improved customer retention
- Ongoing site review and maintenance to ensure effective accessibility, usability and Samsung branding
- Develop content for specific audience segments and Samsung target customer personas
- Support AB test execution for new content and design concepts
- Support Brand and Product awareness targets through the development and execution of effective web copywriting, SEO, metadata, linking strategies, targeted content for customer segments and retargeting
- Support to drive and uplift online product sales and customer retention through engaging features and functionality
- Assist with setup of marketing campaigns onsite
- Minimum: Degree - Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Relevant
- Intermediate experience in web publishing including using Photoshop and HTML.
- Experience developing engaging content for customer acquisition and retention, and applying a Brand tone of voice
- Up to date knowledge of search engine algorithms and how to take advantage of these to optimise online presence and position
