Digital Content Editor / Web Publisher

Seeking a Drupal Whizz to join the collaborative Digital Service Design team of a high-profile and highly regarded National Regulatory Body in the role of Digital Content Editor / Website Publisher.Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Digital Service Design, you will be part of a team who works with stakeholders to design and deliver user-centric content and experiences across internal and external digital channels and systems. You will be primarily assisting with clearing a backlog of content and clean up following a Drupal upgrade.Commencing ASAP, this is an initial 2 month labour hire contract, with the potential to extend. Central Canberra, Melbourne or Brisbane location with hybrid work from home flexibility for the right candidate. • Design and deliver user-centric content and experiences across internal and external digital channels and systems
• Content writing and editing on digital platforms, including Drupal and Sharepoint
• Deliver quality user experiences aligned with the Digital Service Standard
• Work with and educate stakeholders to deliver content based on best-practice writing styles
• Partner with technical and communications teams

What we are looking for:

• At least three years' experience working in digital communications (web content editing and publishing) in a government or corporate environment, with proven skills and experience in Drupal CMS, SharePoint, or at least two comparable content management systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of HTML
• Knowledge of the Digital Service Standard and WCAG and experience in applying them to content writing, editing and publishing across digital channels
• Experience in working with stakeholders and customers to deliver best practice Digital Content solutions
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management, and ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
• Australian Citizenship
• National Police Clearance
