The role
As part of the Customer Connections group, the Digital Enhancements team manages the Digital Enhancements for the Customer Connections and Development Solutions Groups by engaging with the business to understand and document systems improvement used by the Groups.
Reporting to the Group Manager, the Digital Enhancement Manager will lead transformative projects for the Customer Connections Group and Development Solutions Group.
Providing technical expertise and leadership to support the implementation of digital improvements and process enhancements to our in-house system, you will also spearhead exciting projects focussing on system strategy and delivery to prepare for new system implementation.
With support from a BA and system SME you will work to prioritise changes and uplift current processes whilst also having the opportunity to navigate next steps, digging deeper to gain insights to areas that will allow us to focus on delighting our customers and create a future vision for all stakeholders.
Who are you?
A background in system strategy and design and strong stakeholder engagement skills will set you up for success in this role, along with a passion for leading impactful change.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
Qualification in Project Management or Business Management.
Strong program and project management skills, encompassing scope, quality, time, costs, and communication.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to various stakeholders and influence cooperation.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships.
Proven problem-solving abilities in resolving complex technical issues related to systems development.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including staff management, mentoring, and training.
Experience in managing projects within the Property Development space in the water industry.
Proficiency in business analysis, testing, and implementing sound business strategies.
