About the Role

As Digital Executive Producer, this role will see you lead triple j’s digital team and content, providing editorial direction and pre-publication oversight and sub-editing of content across platforms.

You'll manage a team of digital producers, taking the lead in mentoring, coaching and developing the team to enhance output and improve skills.  

You'll coordinate and prioritise output and distribution of triple j digital content, overseeing the delivery of digital content campaigns and ideas to reach and engage young audiences.

About You

You'll possess excellent editorial and people leadership skills, with strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills, and the demonstrated ability to work as part of a culturally diverse team.

You'll have proven experience creating content in a digital media environment, managing a brand’s social media accounts and the proven ability to develop content ideas and campaigns to reach new audiences across platforms.
