The opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior UX/UI Digital Designer to join this amazing team. This role is perfect for someone who's got the skills to match their ambition and is ready to take the helm of their digital design. You are to bring your unique blend of creativity and usability expertise to their digital touchpoints - websites, mobile apps and other innovative projects.

What you'll be doing:
- Crafting top-notch user interfaces for our e-commerce sites, ensuring that it's not just functional but visually compelling.
- Refining the platforms that streamline our order fulfilment process.
- Collaborating closely with the IT Manager and Product Marketing Manager to translate ideas into well-executed designs.
- Applying UX principles to enhance the customer journey across all digital platforms, focusing on a mobile-first approach.
- Utilising design best practices to create compelling, user-friendly experiences for our diverse customer base.
- Juggling design concepts, from wireframes to prototypes to final deliverables, with proficiency in design tools and software.
What we need from you:
- At least 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio that emphasises work on e-commerce projects.
- Proficiency in a variety of design tools, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the usual suspects within the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong grasp of responsive design, with the ability to craft intuitive interfaces across different devices.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationales clearly.
- A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which will be considered a significant plus, aiding in the smooth translation of design into functionality.
- A commitment to reliability, because we need you to be as dependable as the solutions you design.
