You will actively contribute to digital projects, gaining valuable insights into the entire product lifecycle and making meaningful enhancements to both UI and UX.You'll be responsible for
- Lead and contribute to website and application design, with a primary focus on user interface and experience flows for customers, while also considering user experience principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into best practice user interface and user experience design.
- Implement modular approaches to UI and UX design, promoting the reuse and sharing of components across solutions to ensure consistent designs and user/customer experience.
- Conduct thorough reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and customer experience principles from both UI and UX perspectives.
- Analyse data and research insights to drive optimization initiatives and enhance the user interface and user experience.
- Ensure a positive "Allianz Experience" for internal and external customers, including timely communications, quality of service, and effective management of expectations for new developments and issue resolution.
- Advanced user interface design skills with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, coupled with a solid foundation in user experience design.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
- Profound knowledge of web and mobile standards, typography, site information architecture, and usability standards.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar digital user interface design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus).
- Experience participating in projects using agile methodologies.
- Ability to quickly grasp business drivers and determine critical success factors for stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative work skills across business units to achieve successful outcomes.
