About the role:

The Elders People & Culture team is a key enabler of Elder's strategic business plan. A fantastic, full-time permanent opportunity has arisen to join the L&D team to review, redevelop and expand our Digital Learning. Reporting to the L&D Manager you will use your passion for Digital Learning design to enhance training in a way that it becomes part of what we do at Elders, anywhere, at any time. The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating training sessions (primarily via MS Teams) as required.

The location for this role is flexible.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop eLearning activities and assessments, write scripts and capture eLearning content
  • Develop detailed storyboards, templates, and resources to enable the production of solutions
  • Ensure assets and courses are designed with best practice and adult learning principles in mind
  • Facilitate training sessions as required, primarily via MS Teams
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Managing projects end to end ensuring the successful delivery
  • Creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
  • Partnering and collaborating with other learning professionals and business partners in delivering consistent learning experiences
  • Acquiring and applying modern technology and skills to instructional design practice

About you:

To succeed at Elders, you:

  • Will have proven experience conducting needs analysis and designing innovative solutions.
  • Have experience with designing and developing e-learning content
  • Have experience working with an LMS (Workday would be an added bonus)
  • Possess solid knowledge of course development software (Articulate 360 preferred)
  • Have a proven track record of solving problems and coming up with innovative solutions
  • Possess project management skills and proven experience delivering solutions that have impact
  • Can build strong relationships and flex where required
