  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
  • Working with Marketing and Engagement Manager to ensure effective management of Marketing budgets
  • Building trusted, effective working relationships with internal stakeholders including board members, members, committees and other RSLWA staff
  • Communication and alignment with external stakeholders and their campaigns including the ADF, RSL Australia, and other state and territory RSL branches.

What You Need

Successful candidates will have a proven track record dealing in a Digital Marketing role and a strong understanding of Digital Marketing concepts, strategies, and channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM and analytics. In addition, you will have:

  • A true understanding and commitment to RSLWA’s vision, values, and strategic objectives so that you can champion these through your work.
  • A positive, empathetic nature with a strong desire to make a positive difference to ADF members and their families.
  • Flair for Digital Marketing with a demonstrated ability to lead campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage with colleagues, team members, and the community.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a small, successful team by example and achieve outcomes.
  • Strong project management, highly organised, strategic, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar discipline.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
