The Role:

We are very excited to welcome a Digital Advertising whizz to our ever-growing ‘Box Office’ (HQ) team! Offering a competitive salary and PT or FT flexibility, we’re seeking a long-term recruit to join our dynamic marketing team – someone who will spearhead the digital success of Escape This as we expand further in Perth… in Sydney… in Melbourne… everywhere!

Working closely with our Marketing Manager and Directors, your duties will include:

• Managing the technical aspects of multi-region Ad Campaigns (Google & Facebook)
• Creation & Management of Paid Advertising Content (Google & Facebook)
• Collaborative development and execution of digital advertising strategies
• Focused on ROI (conversions!)
• Research Competitors/Market Trends/New Technologies
• Regular analysis and reporting of Ad results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement

Who We Want:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience with both Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords
• Complete knowledge of Google AdWords Setup & Management (Search, Display, YouTube & Remarketing)
• A thorough understanding of other Google Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager & Google Data Studio)
• Facebook Business Suite & Facebook Business/Ads Manager Control
• Lead Generation & Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management
• Facebook Pixel Integration & Tracking
• Ad Conversion & Events Tracking Implementations

About You:

• Holds a tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
• Thinks outside of the box to drive outstanding results
• Attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills
