Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor large-format Digital Printers (HP Latex) and cutters.
- Operate and print sublimation products.
- Handle DTG printers (experience an advantage).
- Manage digital file handling, Digital Printing, cutting, and finishing processes.
- Maintain stock and perform general administrative duties.
- Coordinate with production staff to prioritize jobs.
- Ensure output meets job specifications and color requirements.
- Maintain printers according to manufacturers' specifications.
- Adhere to quality control and OHS procedures.
- Handle materials, including lifting.
- Understand HP and Epson equipment and SAI software (an advantage).
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in the print and signage industry.
- Digital press and wide-format printer production experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
- High attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and team player mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
