They are active across the world and headquartered out of Sydney, Australia, where most of the team are based.

For their Tassy team they are looking for a Project Manger to lead some new builds with a cross functional team working across some really big accounts. 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team. As the Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Digital Projects, collaborating closely with our developer team and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
    • Ensure project requirements are clearly defined, understood, and documented.
    • Coordinate with developers to allocate resources effectively and ensure tasks are assigned appropriately.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  2. Client Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and cultivate strong, positive relationships.
    • Gather feedback from clients throughout the project lifecycle and incorporate it into project planning and execution.
  3. Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, facilitating effective communication and cooperation among team members.
    • Lead project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
    • Provide guidance, direction, and support to developers, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to succeed in their roles.
  4. Quality Assurance and Testing:
    • Oversee quality assurance processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that deliverables meet project requirements and client expectations.
    • Coordinate with developers to address any issues or bugs identified during testing, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively.
  5. Continuous Improvement and Best Practices:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Digital Project management and development.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and enhanced project delivery methodologies.
    • Share knowledge and expertise with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
